All set for 2017

Since I can remember I used to love paper… Even with all this technology that surrounds us, when everybody has their calendars, agendas and schedules on their phones, I still love paper calendars, notebooks where I can make lists, travel journals, diaries and planners. There is something about making lists and being able to strike them through when things are done, or to mark a special date on a calendar…

So here I am, all set for the new coming year. First, this beautiful calendar sent to me by my dear friend Klara (you can order your own here and I think she is offering a 30% discount right now, so don’t miss it!);

And my Explore, Dream Discover’ Journal and the 2017 Diary in black, both form Jot It Down.

There is something very special about these stationaries. I was surprised to discover an inspirational quote on every page, something to help you stay inspired throughout the whole year… And that is not all! I found tear-out “to do” lists and “emergency” business cards at the end of the planner, just in case you meet someone important and you don’t have your business cards at hand… so clever.

  1. Beautiful! I love the 2017 black diary the most, I always had one, and I stopped few years ago when I got an Iphone 🙁 …I think I should get one for 2017 🙂

    1. It is my favourite too. And I really like the details I’ve discovered inside. It’s quite inspiring and practical too.
Hope you are well and I wish you a nice last week before Christmas.

      Natalia xx

  2. Oh the struggle between the convenience of technology and the charm of tangible objects! For the longest time, I kept everything on my laptop and phone, but then I decided to dust off my longhand. It began as a way to practice longhand but became a way to write streams of consciousness.

I suspect you share in this practice.

    1. You said it so beautifully Alex. The words are always your friends 🙂
Yes, somehow I feel more inspired when not everything is “controlled” by technology 🙂
Hope you and your little family are happy with the new home. Is it the way you expected to be? I can imagine how great you must feel having so much space at your disposal now 🙂
Thanks for reading Alex and wish you an inspiring new week! Last one before Christmas…

      1. You’re always very sweet! Thank you 🙂

Our home is even more wonderful than I imagined. It was a lot of work for the past few weeks to get everything adjusted, mounted, etc. But it feels very much like a dear home. I will have many many photos and will absolutely pen a few words to go along!

        Happy Christmas Eve!

        1. That sounds great Alex, can’t wait to see more photos. It is a challenge to make minimalism feel… at home… But I know you and your little family are up for this challenge 🙂 Enjoy the rest of the holidays!

I guess I am a bit old fashioned in this matter. I really love paper and all these stationeries. Hope you are enjoying your vacation. Make the best of it!

      1. Thanks so much Natalia. I run my whole coffee business on a yellow tablet, or so it seems. And you enjoy your time off as well.
